I bought a 20 Amp battery and when I got it I charged it for a week while I was away. Put it. In the bike and went for a ride. It died 6 miles into the ride. Put the charger back on the battery while in the bike for 2 days and it never charged. Tried to charge it with second bikes charger and put in my second bike and still nothing. I've sent 4 emails to customer service in a month and zero replies

I actually haven’t received my order and it is July 17th.

First off, the process of obtaining a battery that was under warranty was a painful process. Trying to call the number on the website, I could not reach anyone. Then, I sent multiple emails which were responded to sporadically. So, I purchased another battery through the website. It was a 13ah battery and it showed “In Stock”. I later found out that it was not “In Stock” and that if I paid an extra $200, I could have a 16ah battery sent to me. I paid the extra $200. I waited multiple days and the items were not shipped. I sent again multiple emails but none were responded to. I then sent an email to the [****]. Previously, I was communicating with Chloe at [****]. The member at [****] stated that the order was coming from China as they don’t carry the batteries in stock. I was never told this and it was very frustrating to not know that the items were actually not in stock even though the website said they were. The website should be changed to reflect that the items will not be processed in 1-3 days and delivered in 3-7 business days.

I am hopeful my items will come in a few days. I will send another review once the items are received
