Will I receive a tracking number?

Sure, we will email you the tracking info as soon as your order has been shipped.

 

Can I pick up the bikes/scooters from your warehouse? Where can I take a test ride?

Sorry that we do not provide pick-up or test-ride service.

 

Why my order does not show up in my account under orders? How to track my package? 

Please note that it will not show up if you place the orders with temporary visitor status, or register after ordering. Rest assured that it will not affect your order and you will be updated via email.

 

Do you offer shipping options for international destinations like Europe, Canada?

At this time, we can only ship to mailing addresses in the continental United States. Since the shipping regulations vary from country to country, you can consult with your local forwarding agent and arrange a transshipment on your end.
