An “ERROR 25” code displayed on the LCD monitor indicates the interruption or intermittency of the braking signal. It occurs when there is a failure existing in the brake cutoff system.

Follow the troubleshooting steps below to get your G-force T42 back to normal:

Step 1:

Turn off the bike. Locate the brake cutoff connectors at the front. They are near the handlebar and red inside.

Step 2:

Unplug the left and right brake cutoff connectors, then turn on the bike to see if the error message persists.

Note: Directly pull the ends of the brake cutoff connector instead of twisting.

Step 3:

Follow the directed arrow on the sheaths to plug in one of the brake cutoff connectors. Reboot the bike to test out whether the left brake cutoff connector or the right one is broken.
